Sand ceremony

As sand is mixed, can you separate the grains?

Within this ceremony, different colour sand from each participant is poured into a glass vessel.  The colours you choose could be your favourite colours, or those used if your ceremony is colour themed.

You can also choose colours that have symbolic meanings, for example - pink represents tenderness, femininity and associates with romantic love and yellow for respect and spontaneity.

Each take turns to pour some of their sand into the vessel and layering this until all the sand has been used.  The layers represent unity as they will not be able to be separated to their individual colours afterwards.

The result is a beautiful rainbow keepsake of your event, a fitting reminder of your day.
